Erin Siciliano, APRN

Nurse practitioner Erin Siciliano is a native of Columbia, South Carolina, and has over 20 years of extensive experience in emergency medicine and home health as a registered nurse. Erin received her bachelor of science in nursing from the University of South Carolina and her master of science in nursing from Walden University. She is board-certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners.

Erin is passionate about helping patients manage complex health conditions, including patients with multiple comorbidities and wounds. Her experience has allowed her to develop a dedication for empowering patients to learn how to manage their health conditions and needs in order to age in place for as long as possible. Outside of taking care of patients, Erin enjoys spending time with her family and friends. She also enjoys exercising, cooking, traveling, and college football.
