Surb S. Guram, MD

Dr. Guram is originally from Columbia, South Carolina. He received his undergraduate degree from the University of South Carolina, and attended the University of South Carolina School of Medicine. He is board certified in Internal Medicine, and serves as an Assistant Clinical Professor in the Department of Internal Medicine at the University of South Carolina School of Medicine.

Dr. Guram, along with Dr. Levinson, founded SC Internal Medicine in 1986. His areas of medical interests include diagnostic and preventive medicine, maintenance of good cardiovascular health, diabetes mellitus, lipid disorders, and nutrition. An avid gardener, Dr. Guram enjoys horticulture, spending time with his family, and playing golf.
