Surb S. Guram, M.D.
Dr. Guram is originally from Columbia, South Carolina.  He received his undergraduate degree and attended medical school at the University of South Carolina.  He along with Dr. Levinson founded South Carolina Internal Medicine Associates and Rehabilitation in 1986.  Dr. Guram is board certified in Internal Medicine.  He is an Assistant Clinical Professor at the University of South Carolina School of Medicine. 

Benjamin J. Levinson, M.D.
Dr. Levinson is originally from West Columbia, South Carolina.  He received his undergraduate degree and attended medical school at the University of South Carolina.  He along with Dr. Guram founded South Carolina Internal Medicine Associates and Rehabilitation in 1986.  Dr. Levinson is board certified in Internal Medicine.  He is an Assistant Clinical Professor at the University of South Carolina School of Medicine. 

Joseph N. Gabriel, M.D.
Dr. Gabriel is originally from Milwaukee, Wisconsin.  He received his undergraduate degree from Beloit College and attended medical school at the Medical College of Wisconsin.  Dr. Gabriel moved to Columbia, South Carolina in 1999 where he completed his residency at the University of South Carolina School of Medicine.  He has been in practice at South Carolina Internal Medicine Associates and Rehabilitation since 2002.  Dr. Gabriel is board certified in Internal Medicine and is a member of the American Society of Bariatric Physicians. His areas of expertise include diabetes management and the diagnosis and treatment of sleep disorders.

Phillip C. Honig, M.D.
Dr. Honig is originally from Spartanburg, South Carolina. He received his undergraduate degree at Washington and Lee University. He attended medical school at Baylor College of Medicine and completed his residency at Richland Memorial Hospital. Dr. Honig has been practicing medicine in Lexington County for 22 years and joined South Carolina Internal Medicine in January 2005. Dr. Honig is former Vice Chairmen of the Physician Assistant Committee and served on the Advisory Committee of the State Board of Medical Examiners.

Carlotta M. Davis, APRN, CDE
Nurse Practitioner Carlotta Davis is originally from Miami, Florida. She moved to South Carolina in 1983, where she received her undergraduate degree from the University of South Carolina, as well as her Masters Degree in nursing in 1994. Carlotta received her Nurse Practitioner certification in 1999 and is board certified by the ANCC; she is also a certified diabetic educator. She has been in practice at South Carolina Internal Medicine Associates and Rehabilitation since January 2005.
