Dr. Honig is originally from Spartanburg, South Carolina. He received his undergraduate degree at Washington and Lee University. He attended medical school at Baylor College of Medicine and did his residency at Richland Memorial Hospital. Dr. Honig has been practicing medicine in Lexington County for 22 years and joined South Carolina Internal Medicine in January 2005. Dr. Honig is former Vice Chairman of the PA committee and he served on the Advisory Committee of the State Board of Medical Examiners.
