Dr. Gabriel is originally from Milwaukee, Wisconsin.  He received his undergraduate degree from Beloit College and attended medical school at the Medical College of Wisconsin.  Dr. Gabriel and his family moved to Columbia, South Carolina in 1999 where he completed his residency at the University of South Carolina School of Medicine.  He has been in practice at South Carolina Internal Medicine Associates and Rehabilitation since 2002.  Dr. Gabriel is board certified in Internal Medicine and is a member of the American Society of Bariatric Physicians.
