From I-26 East or West, exit 102A/Lake Murray Boulevard-West/Irmo. Proceed approximately 1.4 miles to the fourth traffic light (St. Andrews Road). Turn Left onto St. Andrews Road. Proceed about one half mile. Turn Left at the first traffic light onto Palmetto Wood Parkway (you will see Lexington Medical Center Irmo on the right). Turn Right onto Wellness Boulevard and arrive at Irmo Professional Center. For a landmark, look for Lexington Medical Center Irmo directly across the street from us.
